Your Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our expanding team and contribute to innovative AI projects built on the Azure Cloud. You will work closely with clients and internal experts to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions that solve real business challenges.
What You Will Do
* Design and deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions on Azure, including RAG systems, LLM-based applications and agentic workflows, applying strong software engineering best practices.
* Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML applications in production, focusing on reliability, scalability and maintainability.
* Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world needs into AI-driven solutions with direct business impact, with a strong client-facing mindset.
* Support technical pre-sales activities, contributing to solution design, architecture proposals and effort estimation for GenAI and data-driven initiatives.
* Develop robust backend systems for AI applications using modern DevOps practices, ensuring high-quality code, testing, observability and CI/CD integration.
* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively experiment with new frameworks, LLM tooling and Azure AI services.
What We Value
* Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI and ML solutions on Azure, including Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions and Web Apps.
* Strong experience in production deployment of LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, prompt engineering, and orchestration patterns, Agentic Systems.
* Solid software engineering skills in Python, with emphasis on clean architecture, testing and production-grade code.
* Experience working in consulting environments, with direct client exposure and a strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in Agile teams using Azure DevOps, with a strong foundation in Agile principles and a mindset shaped by practical experience in real delivery environments.
Nice to Have
* Advanced expertise in Databricks (Unity Catalogue, Genie) as a core platform for building scalable, governed data and AI solutions.
* Experience with Azure Data Platform services (Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2).
* Familiarity with the evaluation and monitoring of LLM systems
* Experience with MLflow or similar tools for experiment tracking
* Azure and/or Databricks certifications
