Job Summary: At DKSH Marketing Services Spain, we are looking for a Specialist, Quality and Logistics to join our Barcelona team and help drive business growth by ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding service standards.
Responsibilities
* Optimize and coordinate daily Supply Chain operations: procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
* Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
* Support internal and external audits (financial and quality).
* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as REACH, CLP, ISO, AEO, Responsible Care, and more.
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management.
* Support IT & Communications management, with a focus on SAP ERP.
Your Profile
* Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Understanding of and motivation to work within logistics operations, transport management, and distribution processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* HACCP training and SAP experience are a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish with good command of English.
* Effective communication and collaboration.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Adaptability and proactive approach to change.
* Strong analytical and planning skills.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
