Role overviewWe are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the company. Reporting directly to the COO and as part of the Business Support Team, this role will play a critical part in building a strong analytical foundation, enabling informed business decisions, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, comfortable managing data infrastructure and analytics tools while also translating business needs into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
Data Strategy & Governance
Develop and maintain the company's BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee data collection, management, and governance to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Partner with IT and other teams to improve data architecture and reporting systems
Business Insights & Reporting
Translate business requirements into clear data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making
Deliver regular business performance reports to the COO and leadership team, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
Lead the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards across departments
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data insights
Support business reviews, forecasting processes, and performance‑tracking initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and automation possibilities
Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role
Proven experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience working cross‑functionally and supporting senior leadership in decision‑making
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non‑technical audiences
Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge;
familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus
