The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within the assigned territory by managing sell-out performance and market share, ensuring excellence in POS marketing execution, and expanding the network footprint—particularly among fleet service providers. You will partner with Key Account Managers to identify and maximize growth opportunities, support Fleet Service Providers in meeting CVP and service standards and oversee store refurbishment or fit-out projects when needed. As the primary point of contact for dealers (GAC & DSDs), you will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across the network.
What You’ll Do
* You will monitor and manage sell-out volume and share growth - Drive sell-out performance, monitor market trends, and execute strategies to grow sales and market share in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
* You will ensure excellence in execution of marketing activities - Implement and optimize POS marketing programs, ensure alignment with brand strategy, and support dealers in effective execution.
* You will expand network footprint and manage relationships - Grow the dealer and fleet service provider network while maintaining strong relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.
* You will manage store refurbishment and fit-out programs - Oversee store upgrade projects to enhance brand image and customer experience, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
* You will oversee administration and reporting - Manage reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping, while supporting regional and global business requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* You have a Degree or Diploma in business related discipline is preferred.
* You have 5+ years of experience in a comparable level role with executional accountability.
* You have proven track record of success in a licensing or franchising, ideally gained from a Retail or a commercial consumer environment.
* You have consumer research and insights experience.
* You have proven success in coaching and influencing independent business operators.
* You have the ability to negotiate with customers from individual small accounts to national major accounts.
* You have strong sales and account management experience with track record of performance success.
