Biosense Webster, a division of Johnson & Johnson Medical, is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. We are looking for a Clinical Lead for our BW Sales Organization in Spain.
Responsibilities/functions
Supervise, motivate, manage, and support the sales force - Clinical Specialists - and participate in selection and training.
Collaborate in the development of the sales plan.
Define objectives for clinical specialists.
Provide clinical support to customers and team members.
Execute the product strategy and roadmap.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products or novel approaches.
Coordinate and execute training activities.
Analyze customer feedback and market conditions, and recommend sales plans and product launches.
Collaborate in marketing activities and ensure implementation.
Identify new business opportunities.
QualificationsRequired:
10 years of relevant experience with Cardiac Navigation Systems.
Training experience in Electrophysiology.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships with Sales, support, and Marketing teams.
Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Willing to travel frequently.
Results-oriented.
Alignment with Credo values.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Carto3 and associated tools.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Customer-facing sales experience.
Project management experience with BW technology.
Other Skills and Abilities
Creative and practical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Residence in Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Euskadi, La Rioja, or Navarra.
