MIAPUCCIA is the parent company of two unique brands: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alcorcón for a Shopify E-commerce Manager & Brand Operator. The role involves managing Shopify e-commerce operations, developing strategies to optimize online sales, overseeing the customer shopping experience, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include ensuring seamless website functionality, coordinating with internal teams for brand alignment, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and creating initiatives to increase customer engagement and revenue.
Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Sales to develop partnerships and achieve revenue goals.
Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and customer trends for decision-making and strategy optimization.
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients, resolve inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
Experience working within e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and familiarity with optimizing the online customer journey.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
