Role Overview

As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to new advertisers, supporting them as they learn to navigate the Google Ads ecosystem. By offering strategic guidance, designing campaigns, and optimizing performance from day one, you’ll ensure every client launches effectively and builds a foundation for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Onboarding: Oversee a portfolio of new clients, ensuring smooth setup and activation of Google Ads accounts.
* Strategic Guidance: Understand each client’s objectives and propose tailored digital strategies aligned with their business goals.
* Campaign Development: Build and optimize data-driven PPC campaigns designed for strong performance and sustainable growth.
* Consultative Support: Provide expert assistance through calls, video meetings, and email, helping clients maximize the value of Google Ads.
* Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to introduce advanced features and encourage campaign growth for higher ROI.
* Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, interpret results, and adjust strategies to drive continual improvement.
* Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Google teams to deliver a flawless onboarding experience.
* Ongoing Improvement: Keep up with new tools, trends, and best practices to ensure clients receive top-level guidance.


Requirements

* Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2 level)
* Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
* Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
* Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
