Pu Position Mission: /u /pp To contribute to the development of high quality performance materials ensuring the success of our products in footwear, apparel, and accessories for the NNormal brand. /ppu Description of Responsibilities: /u /pp- Collaborate with the design team and key suppliers to build the seasonal and long-term material library. /pp- Introduce innovative and sustainable solutions to enable designers and developers to produce excellent quality products. /pp- Source all essential seasonal materials and components such as textile, trims, and synthetics. /pp- Test all materials to the SATRA and the company Restricted Substances List standards to ensure quality compliance. /pp- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers. /pp- Collaborate in the management of the seasonal materials budget. /pp- Manage the Materials Library - Physical and Virtual, managing new and ongoing items each season. /pp- Manage the materials data warehouse in Centric PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). /pp- Follow all innovations and trends in textiles, trims and any other materials. /pp- Ensure effective collaboration within the NNormal team and with other cross-functional departments, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. /ppu Skills to perform the position: /u /pp- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus. /pp- Creative problem-solving skills combined with technical knowledge. /pp- Ability to manage own workload and multi-task. /pp- High attention to detail. /ppu Main stakeholders and reporting: /u /pp- Design, Development, Product Marketing, Asia Sourcing, and Supply Chain operations /pp- Direct report to the Head of Materials of Camper Group. /ppu Requirements to fill the position: /u /pp- Studies in materials engineering, science, design or related fields. /pp- Experience in a similar position for at least 2-3 years in FTW, APP, or ACC. /pp- Solid knowledge of MS Office software and Centric Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. /p
