Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel. </p><p></p><p><strong> About the Role </strong></p><p> Working with the platform operations team you will manage global infrastructure projects. </p><p></p><p><strong> Key Duties: </strong></p><p>- Operate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services. </p><p>- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. </p><p>- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments. </p><p>- Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling). </p><p>- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001- related controls. </p><p>- Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing. </p><p></p><p><strong> What we are looking for </strong></p><p> Required Experience: </p><p>- 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations roles. </p><p>- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes). </p><p>- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). </p><p>- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises enterprise infrastructure. </p><p>- Proven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management). </p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). </p><p>- Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar). </p><p>- Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar). </p><p>- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). </p><p>- Experience working within ITIL or SRE-based operational models. </p><p></p><p> Operational Characteristics: </p><p>- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for service outcomes, not just tasks. </p><p>- Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, always-on production environment. </p><p>- Data-driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements. </p><p>- Continuous improvement mindset focused on automation, simplification, and standardization. </p><p>- Clear communicator during incidents and when coordinating across teams. </p>
