Responsibilities:
* Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing M-shaped skills to contribute in multiple areas.
* Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events.
* Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
* Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value.
* Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on both technical skills and process enhancements.
* Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes.
* Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate efforts across teams.
* Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
* Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.
* Foster effective team dynamics through human interaction and team-building activities.
