Your Role
We're seeking a HR Business Partner for Operations to join HR team in our headquarters in Barcelona. Reporting to the Senior Operations HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives for designated corporate functions within our operations department. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, drive talent initiatives, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with a solid understanding of HR best practices and the unique challenges of a FMCG manufacturer environment.
What you will do
* Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
* Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Employee Relations: With the support of our specialists, you will p rovide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within your supported functions. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers to attract top talent, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition area.
* HR Programs & Policies: Support the implementation of company-wide HR programs and initiatives, support the employee talent cycle, including performance, compensation reviews, benefits administration, and training programs .
* Organizational Development: Collaborate with leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including change management initiatives and team effectiveness programs.
* Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
* Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture and values, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
What we are looking for
* Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Language: Fluency in English is required; French or Italian are a strong asset.
* Skills & Competencies :
* Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
* Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience supporting corporate functions within an operations or manufacturing context is a significant plus.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
* Proactive & Adaptable: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
