About The Role
You are responsible for developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue,
You will bring our brands to life by building brilliant and strategic relationships and working in partnership with our customers out of our business-as-usual scope looking into industries as music, sports, caterings and fashion.
You drive the performance and growth through searching for new business and partnerships, building and maintaining long and lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities
THIS IS A CRUCIAL ROLE TO IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND ALSO LEVERAGE THE INTERBNAL TRADE VISITS.
* Responsible to deliver key revenue and commercial targets, to identify new business and scale wins in line with the Bacardi On-trade strategy and to develop winning account plans with strategical customers.
* Work cross-functionally and communicate with leadership and other departments to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing and customer experience.
* New business opportunities:
Identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline and coordinate with sales and trade marketing team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
* Main contact of Strategical Key Customers, increasing the scope of the diverse brands within events organizations by, among others, commercial negotiations
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaboration agreements to grow business, building strong long lasting relationships
Skills

* Strong leadership skills with proven success in working with multifunctional teams (CPA, Sales…)
* Consistently demonstrated an ability to exceed client’s expectations and very effective at high profile client relationship management delivering unique experiences.
* Strong Analytical Capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing Sales and P&Ls
* Fluent Spanish and English
* Proven Spanish market knowledge and experience
