If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality education, this could be your next move.What will you be doing?As our Medical Education Program Manager for Orthopaedics in Spain, you’ll be the driving force behind the design and delivery of structured educational pathways for healthcare professionals. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and General Content Development teams to create engaging programmes tailored to surgeons, residents, fellows and nurses. From strategic planning to faculty engagement and compliance, you’ll manage multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. You’ll travel across Spain (up to 50%) to bring these programmes to life, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders along the way.What will you need to be successful?You’ll bring a structured, strategic mindset and a passion for medical education. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical education or marketing within the medical device industry (orthopaedics exposure is ideal)
- Proven experience designing and delivering structured medical education programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and time management skills
