- You will join to the Industrial Supply Chain team, and mainly you will be Responsible for planning and tracking the Electronic and mechanical parts needed for the production. _
**_Main tasks: _**
- _You will work mainly in Axapta, an MRP solution of Microsoft, now we are involve on a Sap migration. _
- _Daily activity: Verify and validate MRP output in terms of planned orders and purchasing requisitions. _Planned Order analysis, Work Orders creation and Work Orders release. _
- _You will work closely with different areas: Purchase, Planners, Warehouse, Production and Quality. _
- _Purchase: Analysis & monitor the purchase requisition plan, in terms of quantity and delivery date, and request adjustments to ensure the manufacturing plan. _
- _Planners: Maintain the planning material data on our planner system, Primavera, _ensuring all data are maintained with sufficient accuracy and detail. _
- _Warehouse and Production: Analysis of missing parts _on production orders and Stock analysis.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- _Degree/Master Degree, Engineering in Electronics or Industrial preferred _
- _Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills. _
- _Knowledge and experience of using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is required. _
- _Knowledge and experience of using Primavera will be a plus. _
- _Good Excel skills. _
- _Knowledge in parts engineering in Space and/or Hi-Reliability domain is a plus. _
- _Fluent English. French/Italian would be a plus. _
- _External and Internal communication ability. _
- _Capability to work within a cross functional team and independently. _
- _Motivated to learn new activities _
