We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the food & beverage operation at El Paraíso Golf Club, one of the most respected member-owned clubs on the Costa del Sol.
With over 50,000 customers annually and a restaurant that serves golfers, members, and event guests 7 days a week, this is a dynamic, service-led role for someone who thrives on the floor and behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years’ experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector
Minimum 3 years in a managerial role, ideally in a golf club or leisure setting
Strong people management and organisational skills
Able to lead a team during busy services and large functions (up to 150 guests)
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working in a hands-on role, engaging with members and visitors daily
