Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Rental Manager to join our team at Affinity, located on-site in Marbella (Puerto Banus).
The Rental Manager will oversee and manage the current rental team, which primarily operate in the region from Mijas, to Marbella, Estepona, Casares and Sotogrande.
It would also be an advantage if the successful candidate were able to self generate clients and properties, although this is not an essential requirement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Rental Management and Lease Administration
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills are a bonus
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
