**Job Details****Book&bill;****Description**:The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for processing of sales orders (domestic and export shipments), backlog review, sales reporting and support our sales team and other customer support on sales administration activities following the compliance guidelines. In addition, it is requiring the support about compiling the sales forecast information to ensure the availability of stock and correct and timely delivery to the customers.**Specific responsibilities include**:Processing a high volume of product orders.Processing invoices for all sales transactionsChecking prices and contracts are up to date.Support customer about the status of the ordersCommunicating internally important feedback from customers.Management of export documentation and CustomsManagement of the logistics of processed orders and incidentsProcessing report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree required, Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales supportExperience working in industry environmentProficient in Microsoft and Oracle system and data manipulationProficient in English and German and French languagesExperience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce a plus.- Demonstrated skills such analytical skills, driver for results, communication, time management, relationship, team working and manage pressure.
