We are passionate people, we love things to happen, that’s why we are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team. /ppAs a Sales Manager, you play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting INFiLED solutions to a variety of target markets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our LED product solutions to focused system integrators and partners in Greater Madrid. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongTasks /strong /ppbr/pulliIdentify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders /liliMaintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. /liliDrive both direct sales and partner-driven sales. /liliInitiate promotional events for the company /liliAnalyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential /liliUse various lead generation tools to create a database of potential targets /liliParticipate in business development activities to build a healthy project pipeline. /liliUse the company CRM tools to build a sales pipeline of prospects, accounts and opportunities. /liliCollaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure sales campaigns align with the company’s vision. /liliSupport the development and implementation of marketing materials and presentations. /liliWork alongside operations and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppThis role requires the employee to be based in Madrid and involves frequent travel to meet customers nationwide. The position also requires work from the Barcelona office and showroom punctually, utilizing the facility for customer demonstrations and meetings. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongSkills /strong /ppbr/pulliPassion for success. /liliStrong understanding of AV sector /liliGreat business acumen and solid commercial skills. /liliAmbitious and motivated. /liliAbility and flair for selling and building long term business relationships. /liliExcellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities to pursue to close. /liliTechnical understanding and AV knowledge, ideally in LED. /liliAbility to work autonomy without supervision. /liliTeam player. /liliProblem solving attitude. /liliAttention to detail. /liliPrepared to go “above and beyond” when the business requires it. /liliStartup mindset. /liliPatience and resilient. /liliVery good English level /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongExperience and qualifications /strong /ppbr/pulliStrong network within the AV industry /liliProven 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales and account management /liliHave at least 3 years’ experience in the AV-industry (LED knowledge is an advantage). /liliExcellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. /liliBachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongCompensation structure /strong /ppbr/pulliAttractive salary /liliCommission package (based on annual revenue target) /lili25 days annual holiday + Spanish national holidays. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppINFiLED is a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and manufacturing of large LED video equipment.
