We are looking for a Web Analytics Technical Analyst to join the Digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in web tracking, a solid understanding of data collection and consent management, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
This role requires close collaboration with developers, marketers, SEO specialists, product owners, and legal/compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable analytics implementations across digital platforms.
What would your duties be?
* Implement, and maintain robust web analytics tracking solutions using Adobe Analytics across websites and digital platforms.
* Manage and validate tracking and snippet implementations through tag management and server‑side solutions (e.G. MetaRouter ).
* Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations by configuring, maintaining, and validating consent frameworks using.
* Translate business and marketing requirements into clear tracking specifications and data layer requirements.
* Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to implement, test, and troubleshoot tracking setups.
* Perform quality assurance, debugging, and validation of analytics data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
* Create dashboards and recurring reports using visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
* Conduct technical audits related to tracking, tagging, and data quality.
* Provide analytics consultancy and recommendations to markets throughout the website lifecycle (from briefing to launch and optimization).
* Document tracking setups, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Stay up to date with analytics, privacy, and digital measurement best practices.
What are the requirements?
* Proven experience (3+ years) in Web Analytics, Digital Analytics, or a similar technical analyst role.
* Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics (implementation, validation, reporting).
* Experience with tag management (pixel implementation) and server‑side tracking solutions (e.G. MetaRouter, Adobe Launch, similar tools).
* Solid knowledge of consent management platforms, especially OneTrust, and privacy‑driven tracking requirements.
* Ability to work with data layers, URLs, parameters, and tracking specifications.
* Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio .
* Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, cookies, APIs).
* Experience in paid media campaign tracking and analysis, ensuring accurate attribution and measurement across analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and detail.
Desired Skills
* Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
* Experience working in multi‑market or international digital environments.
* Experience automating data extraction and reporting with tools like Supermetrics .
* Familiarity with website crawling and validation tools such as Screaming Frog .
* Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong documentation and process‑oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
