The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure successful delivery.Main responsibilities
Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.Establish and maintain accurate reporting processes to track performance across different management levels.Lead specific projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project cycle from conception to implementation and tracking.Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making;
make recommendations inappropriate forums.Work with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.Conduct detailed data analyses, often involving large datasets and regional feedback.Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions related to incentives, sizing, and organization.Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a network of contacts across the business.Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and ensure consistency in data management.Key interactions
