Maintenance Worker

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Project Engineer Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Designing new projects: economic estimation, purchasing management, industrial contracting; creating plans and diagrams in CAD; conducting economic studies of the project.
* Planning and supervising the installation of industrial facilities: supervising contractors and installers, managing the supply of necessary materials, and ensuring compliance with the schedule.
* Performing the start-up of new facilities: reviewing documentation, coordinating with suppliers for testing, and executing start-up procedures.
* Designing, assessing, planning, and executing new projects: overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to evaluation.
* Legalization of equipment: promoting the legalization of equipment and installations where applicable.
* Contacting specialized companies and inspection/control agencies approved by the authorities.
* Qualification of facilities: ensuring all necessary documentation for the as-built condition is prepared and verified.
First Client Project:
* 100% onsite
* Duration: 6 months (with a permanent contract offered)
Requirements:
* Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (preferably in Chemistry)
* Experience: +4 years in design, installation, start-up, and maintenance of facilities in the chemical industry or similar sectors
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan (at least B2 level), both written and spoken
* Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
