Lead LG sales performance in Spain and Portugal through customer‑centric commercial strategy, strong key account management, sales team leadership, and delivery of ambitious revenue and profitability goals.
* Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or similar.
* 10+ years' experience in the agricultural sector, with at least 3–5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of the seed industry and distributor ecosystems.
* Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive change.
* Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.
