Mandatory Requirements:
* Solid experience with Dynatrace: OneAgent, ActiveGate, extensions, OpenTelemetry, synthetic probes, dashboards, and alerts.
* Knowledge of APM, Windows/Linux, web/microservices, and distributed systems.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes/containers and cloud (AWS/Azure).
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS) and log/metrics/traces analysis.
* Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Operations / SRE / DevOps.
Valuable / Nice-to-have Requirements:
* Knowledge of OpenSearch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Component Deployment: Install, configure, and maintain OneAgent on servers, containers, and cloud environments (Azure) for data collection.
* ActiveGate Management: Configure ActiveGates for the Azure cloud environment. xohynlm
* Platform Administration: Manage the Dynatrace platform (SaaS).
* Integrations: Connect Dynatrace with other IT tools (CI/CD, ITSM such as ServiceNow, etc.).
