Remote Customer Service Representative – Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only)

Your mission:
* Assist customers through incoming support requests
* Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how
* Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch
* Keep users updated with resolution progress
What we’re looking for:
* Fluency in German and a solid command of English
* Great communication and customer care skills
* Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
* Familiarity with Windows and macOS
* Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
