Remote Customer Service Representative – Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only) 
Remote from anywhere in mainland Spain (excluding islands) or hybrid from our Barcelona office

Your mission: 
- Assist customers through incoming support requests 
- Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how 
- Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch 
- Keep users updated with resolution progress 
What we’re looking for: 
- Fluency in German and a solid command of English 
- Great communication and customer care skills 
- Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech 
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS 
- Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
