The role
Join the SoftwareOne team and help transform how we work through AI. This multidisciplinary team will accelerate the implementation of AI to improve internal processes and will also share these innovations with our clients, helping them benefit from this transformation as well. You will have the opportunity to work with the most advanced AI solutions on the market alongside the leading Hyperscalers and lead their practical application within the company and with key clients.
What will you do?
 * Design, implement, and deliver AI use cases for both internal teams and external clients.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
 * Support pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, contributing to proposals, preparing demos, and showcasing proof-of-concepts.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams (delivery, data, and sales) to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
 * Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
What we need to see from you
 * Proven experience in consulting, solution delivery, or a related role.
 * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business use cases.
 * Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions (preferred: Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms).
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach to project work.
 * Ability to balance delivery responsibilities with pre-sales support.
