Overview Maintenance Technician (Afternoon Shift) – Granollers, Catalonia, Spain

What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and installing manufacturing and R&D; equipment, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. You will perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications, inspect equipment performance, and diagnose and correct malfunctions or technical issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on the assigned equipment
Repair all production equipment as needed
Perform breakdown analysis
Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology
Work with outside contractors working on assigned line
Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards
Work independently under limited supervision (self-management)
Documentation of the work orders
Collaborate on the improvements and optimization of the machines
Networking/Key relationships This position requires cooperation with:
Filling & Packaging Department
Bulk and Intermediate Manufacturing Departments
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required : CFGM in maintenance, Mechanics, electronic, electric, or similar. Valuable: Any additional degree higher than that required in the previous section
Depending on the type of laboratory to which the technician is going to be placed, specific experience may be required in topics like maintenance, Mechanics, electronic, electric.
Software: Fluency in Office Tools (Excel & Word), and valuable basic knowledge in SAP.
Language: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan. Basic knowledge of English (reading and speaking).
