Amazon EU seeks a Tax Analyst to support its European business operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of collegiality, functioning as a tax adviser.
Primary Duties
* Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to Tax Country Owners.
* Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.
* Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.
* Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the group to provide ongoing tax support to various Amazon businesses and to different Tax Country Managers.
* Effectively business partner to ensure business activities are consistent with the group´s European legal and operational structure.
* Analyze application of tax legislations on business operations and communicate to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.
* Design, implement and maintain tax processes to ensure ongoing management of tax risks.
* Monitoring development in the Tax legislation in different jurisdictions.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
* A minimum of 7 years of international income tax experience with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and/or in a multinational corporation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience of working with European tax laws
* AI tools knowledge
