COUNTRY MANAGER SPAIN - B2C SECTOR
This profile will be responsible for managing and further developing the business in Spain, playing a key role in shaping the future strategic direction of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for all business operations and results (P&L, balance sheet, etc.).
* Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales and commercial operations.
* Prepare the annual budget and forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
* Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with HQ.
* Oversee and enhance direct marketing and advertising plans.
* Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Guarantee company compliance with all local laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus.
* Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow.
* Proven track record of developing a direct marketing and sales strategies.
* Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service.
* Experience in management and leading personnel.
* Experience in B2C markets is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). xpzdshu
