Our Martos plant is one of the biggest within our Visibility Systems Business Group, developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. We innovate in adaptive lighting technologies, interior lighting solutions, and external lighting to enhance driver and passenger safety and comfort.
We are seeking a Hardware Engineer for our Martos facility, where you will design cutting-edge electronics for major car manufacturers in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Your Mission
* Design electronic circuits based on customer specifications for automotive illumination systems, using the latest techniques in a dynamic environment.
* Define, develop, and validate hardware designs according to customer needs and Valeo standards.
* Integrate constraints from hardware, software, mechanics, quality, and industrialization into the hardware design.
* Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-quality PCB layouts.
* Support EMC design activities.
* Assist in customer validation and design review processes.
* Contribute to improving standards, methods, and tools.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Electronics Engineering Degree/Master's or Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
* Experience in hardware design.
* Knowledge of simulation and CAD tools (Simetrix, Pspice, Cadence, etc.).
* Good practices in EMC.
* Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
* Passion for hardware design and the automotive industry.
* Negotiation-level English proficiency is mandatory.
