**How will you make an impact?**

The Director, PCT Marketing and License Partner Management (‘Director PCT’ in the text below) leads and coordinates the activity of 3 teams within the CDD Biomarkers Business Unit:

- PCT Global Clinical Marketing team
- PCT License Partner Management team
- PCT Commercial Product Management team

The Director PCT drives global PCT business expansion and acceleration by defining key PCT growth strategies and their execution with our license partners and our regional GCO colleagues, while benefiting from the support of the new division Marketing organization. This responsibility includes:

- Product Management of PCT (expanding the claims, indications, IP protection, use cases, health economics data, guidelines, reimbursement situations, general awareness, KOL network)
- Production of Marketing tools needed by our Divisional team as well as our License partners to drive demand of PCT, using resources and support from the Division Marketing team, especially on a Digital Tools standpoint
- Day-to-day management of License partners relationships, involving joint marketing plans definition and execution of joint actions, target account lists, business reviews
- Tactical / Commercial Product Management support to our GCO regions with a dedicated team driving the good execution of our PCT clinical demand model regionally

**What will you do?**
Financial:

- Responsible for meeting AOP goals across revenue growth, gross margin, and EBITA expansion for the PCT product line.
- Analyze, interpret, and report out monthly management reports regarding product sales activity to budget, programs, market and channel trends and competition
- Lead efforts to define appropriate global KPIs. Test, evaluate, and continuously optimize PCT strategy to be in-line with business and market needs
- Lead monthly PCT business reviews with regions

Functional and operational:

- Lead STRAP and AOP processes for the PCT business (PCT License, PCT Merchandise, MRproADM License) in alignment with Biomarker/CDD strategy and business processes
- Drive effective collaboration between the BU PCT team, BU Medical Affairs, Division Global Commercial, Division Marketing and ensure effective implementation and execution of STRAP, and global PCT marketing plan
- Be a key contact for our License Partners Management teams and ensure coordination between the BU team and our License Partners teams on definition of regional collaboration, marketing plans, joint account programs, to ensure optimization of the impact of our PCT Clinical Demand resources on PCT test demand for our License partners.
- Guide / provide advice to commercial teams in regions on good execution of the PCT clinical demand model. Partner with GCO to implement best practices for PCT License sales and marketing training materials, activate commercial teams to be successful in target segments within the regions
- Work with commercial and business development teams to define the key sales development projects and oversee the progress to deliver the target additional revenue growth.
- Develop process to collect customer requirements and behaviors data to map opportunities and create compelling customized sales and marketing programs with the support of Division marketing.
- Regular travel to regional offices, customer facilities, and conventions/tradeshows.
- Represent PCT business at Biomarker’s leadership team & Global Marketing team

Team Management:

- Management of direct reports to include hiring, salary management, goal setting, retention, career development and talent management across the BU.
- Coaching and developing the team is a key element of the PCT Directors responsibility
- Strengthen long term talent pipeline for the business.

**How will you get here?**
- BA/BS degree or four-year college degree

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategy, sales or marketing experience in life science and/or IVD markets
- Experience in developing commercial models in Indirect businesses (through commercial channels), while having responsibility to drive customer education and drive customer preference
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a large and global complex organization
- Intensity coupled with an intense focus on the customer
- Broad business acumen, plus vital competencies essential to navigating complex
