Key Responsibilities
* Business development and proactive prospecting
* Client meetings, needs qualification, and requirement management
* Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing technical profiles
* Candidate presentation and follow-up with clients
* Consultant coordination and mission monitoring
A cross-functional and high-exposure role at the intersection of business development, recruitment, and operational management.
Candidate Profile
* Junior profiles welcome (apprenticeship or internship experience appreciated)
* Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
* Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence, and verbal impact
* High appetite for performance, challenge, and variable compensation
* Ability to sustain a fast-paced environment

* Structured, organized, and rigorous
* Driving license (B) and personal vehicle required
