Role Description
We’re looking for a Full Time Community Host to become the face of ILO.
This is not a front desk role.
This is premium hospitality + community building .
You will be responsible for how people are welcomed, guided, and remembered.
From the first “hello” to the last moment before they leave, you set the tone.
What you will do
Welcome every guest with presence, warmth, and attention
Deliver a seamless check-in and onboarding experience
Explain the flow of the space and guide first-time visitors
Create a sense of belonging from day one
Handle bookings, memberships, and client support via Momence
Maintain the space to the highest standard (clean, calm, intentional)
Support sessions and coordinate with guides
Build relationships with members and recognize returning guests
Collect feedback and spot opportunities to improve the experience
Contribute to daily operations and community engagement
What we are looking for
Strong hospitality instinct — you genuinely care about people
High attention to detail — nothing goes unnoticed
Natural communication skills — warm, clear, and confident
Ability to stay calm and present in a dynamic environment
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Interest in wellness, breathwork and personal growth
Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages is a big plus
