What You’ll Do (Depending on Role Level)
Sales Head (Team Lead)
- Lead Spain market development and expansion strategy
- Build, manage, and coach the local sales team
- Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration
Sales Executives (2 positions)
- Develop and manage customer relationships (distributors, growers)
- Promote biostimulant and fertilizer solutions
- Support product demos, trials, and technical discussions
- Achieve individual sales targets
What We’re Looking For
For Sales Head:
- Solid experience in agriculture / fertilizers / biostimulants / agrochemicals
- Strong network in Spain’s agriculture sector
- Proven leadership or business development experience
For Sales Executives:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (agriculture / sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Passion for agriculture and willingness to grow
For All Candidates:
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
- English working proficiency
- Based in Spain or willing to relocate
Compensation
- Sales Executives: up to RMB 500K annual package (or EUR equivalent)
- Sales Head: competitive & negotiable
