PbLocation: /b Barcelona (hybrid) or fully remote /ppbr/ppbAbout the role /b /ppWe’re looking for a high-agency, ambitious full-cycle business developer to drive growth end-to-end. /ppbr/ppThis is not a “pass leads and follow a script” role. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing high-value deals — and play a key role in shaping how we scale. /ppbr/ppIf you want fast growth, ownership, responsibility, and direct impact on revenue, this is for you. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do /b /pulliOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals /liliGenerate and manage your own pipeline across outbound, partnerships, and events /liliLead conversations with top-tier clients with a strong business and strategic angle /liliMentor and support more junior team members in sales and outreach /liliParticipate in events, networking, and ecosystem building /liliContribute actively to sales and growth strategy, positioning, and marketing initiatives /liliHelp explore and open new markets, verticals, and revenue lines /liliWork closely with founders and technical team to shape proposals, projects, products and custom solutions /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we're looking for /b /pulliB2B sales experience, ideally selling services, consulting, or SaaS to enterprise and mid-market companies /liliProven experience in cold outreach and cold calling — and comfortable doing it regularly /liliProven experience with consultative selling: you understand problems deeply and connect them to solutions (not template-based outreach) /liliStrong communication and persuasion skills /liliHigh drive, ambition, and ownership mentality /liliAbility to operate in ambiguity and figure things out fast /liliStrong business mindset: you understand how companies think and make decisions /liliComfortable selling high-value, complex solutions /liliInterest in AI, technology, and the future of business /liliFluent Spanish and strong English (B2 minimum) /liliTech/AI background is a plus, but not required — ability to explain complex concepts simply is key /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy Crata AI /b /pulliFast-track career growth /liliDirect exposure to founders and real decision-making power /liliDirect access to top-tier clients and high-impact projects /liliSteep learning curve across AI, business, and strategy /liliHigh autonomy from day one /liliOpportunity to shape and build a sales engine, not just execute /liliWork on cutting-edge AI use cases with leading companies /liliBe part of a young, high-performing team with strong ambition and a clear growth trajectory /li /ul
