Position Summary:
Technical support for field issues and commissioning, Hotline, Customer Training, New Product Testing, and Verification.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer support on technical issues in the field and laboratory.
2. Offer online telephone technical support for fire panel commissioning.
3. Conduct customer training sessions, either 1:1 or online.
4. Validate and test new products (NPI).
5. Check for software and firmware updates for new products.
6. Complete reports for product validation.
7. Translate manuals for new products into the local language.
8. Improve and maintain KPIs within the Tech Team.
9. Participate in weekly Tier 1 Technical Area meetings, suggesting improvements.
10. Contribute to achieving safety and internal/external goals.
11. Understand and comply with all standard HSE processes, and test and inspect machinery and equipment.
Must Haves:
1. Degree in automation or electronics.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
3. Aptitude for teamwork.
4. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
5. Experience with fire panels and/or fire security equipment.
