Here at CORUS, we are looking for a Community Manager to join our team on an international insurance project.
Location:
Barcelona or Madrid (one day in the office)
The role:
Day-to-day tasks:
Community management of the company's global social media accounts.
Analysis and categorization of social media posts.
Alerts management, distribution, and escalation processes.
Set up and conduct training and workshop sessions on social customer care for our Business Units or Group Functions.
Manage incoming requests through our support contact form and redirect to the appropriate team within the company.
Support the Brand Marketing team in the adoption of Sprinklr for Customer Care and the implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and measures within Sprinklr.
Provide end-to-end support for Sprinklr and Meta Business for configuration, bug resolution, ticket management, and permissions.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Focus on understanding and addressing the needs of community members.
Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and feedback.
Coordinate customer management processes across Business Units.
Analytical Thinking:
Create reports on social media activities and industry topics.
Interpret data and KPIs to inform community engagement and digital care strategies.
Skills and Experience:
University-level education or equivalent.
Over 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in English (native preferred) and fluent in Spanish;
German is a plus.
Experience with social media tools and platforms, including Sprinklr and Meta Business.
Experience in customer service for organic and paid campaigns.
Tech-savvy with up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and platform changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely detail-oriented and proactive.
