Affinity Property Group is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking assistant to support our Managing Director across both personal and business-related tasks. This is a varied and fast-paced role with the opportunity to grow within a high-performing real estate team. Role Overview: As the right-hand to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will span:
- Executive Assistance – diary management, travel arrangements, task coordination
- Sales Support – assisting with enquiries, client follow-up, CRM updates
- Admin & Compliance – document management, preparing forms, basic legal/admin follow-up
- Client Engagement – supporting on viewings, translating (if needed), and ensuring smooth communication You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Have sales acumen and a proactive mindset
