Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Host/Hostess located in San Sebastián. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. The Host/Hostess will act as the initial point of contact for patrons, providing a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Maintaining clear communication with serving staff and assisting with customer inquiries are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with guests and resolve inquiries.
* Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage environments and a passion for culinary excellence.
* Polished interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish and English, Basque and French are also valued.
* Prior experience in hospitality.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
