Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own platform for digital marketers.
We are hiring for the role of
Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success). Here are the key responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, and tech/SEO teams. Act as their trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on leveraging Semrush.
Service and Renewal Support:
Support strategic Customer Success Managers in renewal and expansion strategies, ensuring delivery of top-tier service.
Drive Customer Value:
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create workflows that link Semrush features to business value, helping customers understand how tools enhance their marketing objectives.
Executive Business Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews demonstrating ROI of Semrush tools, and offer tailored strategies and insights.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the customer within Semrush, advocating for improvements based on feedback and staying informed on industry and market trends.
Onboarding & Implementation:
Develop and deliver customized onboarding plans to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
Problem Solving & Performance Tracking:
Partner with internal teams to solve challenges, use data for insights, and report on KPIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, especially with enterprise clients in MarTech or SaaS.
Experience with platforms like BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, etc.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, automation).
Excellent project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
