We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow our Tissue Jumbo Rolls business across Spain, Portugal, France and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across Spain and Portugal.
- Business Growth: Identify new growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships while ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand across the regional market.
- Travel: Frequent travel across Spain, Portugal, France and Germany to support customer relationships and business development.
✅ What You Bring
- Experience: 7+ years within the paper or paperboard industry, in a commercial or sales role in a B2B capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Tissue Jumbo Rolls / Tissue Mother Reels market in Europe.
- Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade terms and export documentation.
- Language: Fluent English required.
- Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Paper Technology, or related field preferred.
