Underwriting Operations Technician - Offline
to support online and offline business processes, including data entry, broker management, project support, QA, and handling inquiries. This role reports to the Hub Team Leader.Responsibilities
Process management and customer service, including supporting branch activities, managing broker queries, and maintaining data quality.Preparing underwriting files for renewals and new business, ensuring completeness and compliance with audit requirements.Supporting process improvements, managing manual process fallouts, and assisting in system UATs and project implementations.Building relationships with underwriting teams and brokers, adhering to security and quality standards, and escalating issues proactively.Participating in team meetings and supporting a collaborative work environment.Qualifications & Skills
Process and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred;
high school certificaterequired.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.Experience in underwriting support or insurance is a plus.Additional Information
