The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Spain. Based out of Barcelona or Madrid, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in Oncology.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Phase I-IV oncology clinical trials across Spain, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines.
* Monitor investigator sites to ensure high-quality data collection, protocol compliance, and patient safety in complex oncology studies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, site staff, and key stakeholders to drive study success in cutting-edge cancer research.
* Identify and implement process improvements, optimizing site performance and accelerating timelines for breakthrough oncology treatments.
* Collaborate with global teams on innovative cancer therapies, expanding your expertise in immuno-oncology, targeted therapies, and precision medicine.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a CRA in clinical trials, with a focus on oncology.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
* Proven ability to perform on-site monitoring and manage multiple sites effectively.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
