Tareas
* Provide a consultative sales approach to maintain existing accounts and acquire new customers.
* Manage telephone support and sales.
* Maintain and update the ERP system with follow-ups for account management.
* Create and manage quotations and documentation.
* Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
* Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins.
* Demonstrate strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
* Have experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
* Be results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
* Fluency in German is required.
* Be available to work from Madrid (San Sebastián de los Reyes) — residency in Madrid is preferred.
* Show willingness to learn and understand new business and technical concepts.

Possibility of working from home.
Salary package includes a fixed component plus commissions. The fixed salary ranges from €21,000 to €23,000 per year, plus commissions.
