Job Description We are looking for a Sales Manager – Industrial Service for leading the service sales in Spain. As Sales Manager – Industrial Service, you will be responsible for leading and managing all the sales activities and sales development, supporting the sales force, and establishing loyalty among customers in own business area to achieve designated sales targets. You are a person with solid sales experience in managerial sales positions, strong analytic skills and ability to turn Sales Funnel Data into actions. You have excellent influencing skills and passion for sales development and achieving sales results through new customer acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develops and implements the Service business sales strategy in Spain that will improve the organization’s competitive position. 2. Leads, directs, and controls all sales functions so activities meet the organization’s objectives. Owns the key account management responsibilities over most important clients, sells company's products and services actively. 3. Negotiates terms of sales with clients as required. Establishes targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development. Monitors organisation's performance against these goals. Ensures compliance with contractual specifications. 4. Selects and manages relationships with external service providers ensuring agreed standards of service. 5. Leads, directs, evaluates, coaches and develops a team of sales personnel (Sales Representatives internal sales team). Manages the sales related activities through the CRM systems, ensuring appropriate target setting, reporting, lead identification and reporting. 6. Ensures the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system. Coaches and defines the sales organization structure to achieve corporate sales objectives. 7. Contributes to business planning to develop a sales strategy consistent with the group's overall objectives. 8. Liaises with other managers cross-functionally ensuring sales strategies and activities are aligned with the overall objectives.
