Experteer Overview In this On-Trade focused role, you drive growth for Bacardi’s brands in proximity channels by leading commercial execution and brand activation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans that boost distribution, visibility, and value in On-Trade customers. The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, profitability, and expanding the premium portfolio while safeguarding core business. - Implement the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade customers to meet the commercial plan targets
- Negotiate at point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility goals
- Activate brands at the point of purchase using Picture of Success and consumer-facing strategies
- Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance for On-Trade customers in the region
- Contribute to delivering two objectives: EFO and the new modelResponsabilidades
- Demonstrable track record in commercial or field sales
- Affinity with On-Trade, events, or promotions
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
