Schindler is seeking a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. You will collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower finance and field operations colleagues worldwide through analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions.
* Lead and contribute to digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Translate user needs into clear functional requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Manage solution backlogs, prioritize features, and deliver value with each release.
* Promote a culture of data-driven decision making in a multinational environment.

Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding user needs, with proven communication skills with stakeholders and development teams.
* 2+ years of project management experience using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence.
* 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management projects; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or relevant field.
* Experience in Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
* Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
