What we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Community Specialist to join our team in Sitges. You'll play a key role connecting the Marketing, Design, and Buying departments to ensure our communication, content, and campaigns stay perfectly aligned with product launches and the fast-paced world of gaming.
What you'll do
* Act as the central link between Marketing, Design, and Buying teams to coordinate product availability, pricing, and promotional strategies
* Prepare and deliver briefings for major game releases and marketing campaigns (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other key moments), ensuring all teams are aligned.
* Manage and schedule posts across our social media channels — X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
* Handle community management, engaging with our followers and staying alert to the latest gaming news and trends to react quickly.
* Work closely with the Design team to develop creative and visual content for social media and partner campaigns.
* Keep the content calendar up to date, including game releases, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
* Monitor stock and live product sales, updating website banners and promotional materials as needed.
* Coordinate and send marketing communications for game releases and campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and Discord campaign messages.
