**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Develop and execute brand strategies to build brand attributes aligned with global brand equity.
- Own the commercial P&L;, focusing on NS growth and profitability through effective marketing and business actions.
- Lead consumer insights and generate relevant actions. Work with global teams to validate and implement NPDs and activities tailored to the local market.
- Develop and execute consumer communication plans, including promotions, brand activations, and digital strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze market data, competitive activities, and internal data to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Work actively with various teams (sales, trade marketing, supply chain, global functions) to ensure the execution of business objectives. Manage external agencies for market research, promotional development, and communication projects.
**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, Business Management & Administration or related studies). Master in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Relevant experience in functional Marketing role in FMCG. Minimum 5 years of consolidated experience as Product Manager/ Brand Manager in FMCG industry. Having worked in the food sector is a plus, as well as having experience working in close cooperation with sales and both traditional and modern channels.
