We help hotels and travel companies maximize revenue, improve digital performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences with our cutting-edge solutions: /pullib UNO /b – AI-powered revenue optimization /lilib Distribution /b – Seamless rate and inventory management /lilib Demand Booster /b – Driving direct bookings through MarTech /lilib DAAS /b – Real-time insights to support smart decisions /li /ul pb Your Role: Driving Growth in the DACH market /b /pp We’re looking for a high-energy b Senior Account Executive (Sales Partner) /b to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth in the b DACH market /b, with a strong focus on b individual hotels and small hotel groups /b. /pp You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team and own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—especially around our digital marketing (Demand Booster) solution. /p pb What You#39;ll Be Doing /b /pulli Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the b DACH market /b /lili Identify and engage leads via cold calls, social media, outreach, referrals, industry contacts and other online platforms, networking, and events /lili Build, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of hotel prospects in your region /lili Deliver tailored demos and value-based pitches to decision-makers /lili Close new deals and meet/exceed quarterly targets /lili Work closely with internal teams (marketing, onboarding, product) to ensure a smooth client experience /lili Represent RateGain at industry events, trade fairs, and webinars /lili Stay up to date with hospitality tech trends and competitive insights /li /ul pb✅ What You Bring /b /pullib3+ years in B2B SaaS sales /b, preferably in hospitality, digital advertising, or tech /lili Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting mindset /lili Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets /lili Deep understanding of the b DACH hotel market /b /lili Existing network of hospitality decision-makers is a big plus /lili High energy, independent, self-driven personality /lili Fluent in b German (native) /b and b English /b.
