As a Software Engineer, Software Engineer (Service Software – Mobile C-Arms) Y you will contribute to the development of innovative service software solutions for mobile C‐arm systems. Working within a collaborative and agile environment, you will help design and deliver high‐quality, secure, and scalable software that supports advanced medical technologies and remote service capabilities.
What You Will Do
Contribute to the development of service software for mobile C‐arms, working with web‐based and remote technologies as well as Ethernet protocols, SNMP, and similar standards
Take end‐to‐end ownership of software components and services, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, and long‐term maintenance
Apply cybersecurity principles and ensure security‐by‐design concepts are embedded throughout the entire software lifecycle
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high‐quality software architectures in alignment with modern engineering standards
Leverage modern development practices such as test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and sustainable architecture patterns to ensure robust and reliable solutions
Collaborate closely within a cross‐functional agile team, actively contributing ideas, driving improvements, and helping shape future product and technology directions
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Several years of professional experience in software development
Strong proficiency in C++, particularly for Windows‐based applications; experience with .NET (C#) is a plus
Experience with cloud‐based and remote technologies (e.g., Remote Desktop Protocol, TeamViewer, or similar)
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML4/HTML5 and frameworks like Angular is considered an advantage
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and data privacy principles, with practical application in daily development work
